Getting Started
Setting Up Your Account
Getting started with InsightFlow is quick and easy:
- Download and install the InsightFlow app from the App Store or Google Play
- Create your InsightFlow account using your email address
- Connect your TikTok account through our secure authentication process
- Allow InsightFlow to sync your account data (this may take a few minutes)
- Start exploring your analytics dashboard and insights
Connecting Your TikTok Account
To use InsightFlow's analytics features, you need to connect your TikTok account:
- Navigate to the Settings section in InsightFlow
- Tap "Connect TikTok Account" and follow the authentication prompts
- Authorize InsightFlow to access your TikTok account data
- Wait for the initial data synchronization to complete
- Your dashboard will automatically update with your account metrics
Note: InsightFlow only accesses data necessary for analytics. We never post content, modify your account, or access your messages. You can disconnect your account at any time in Settings.

Reporting Issues
Encountering bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior? We want to know about it! When reporting issues, please include as much detail as possible:
- A detailed description of the problem
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots or screen recordings if applicable
- Your device model and operating system version
- App version number (found in Settings)
- Any error messages you're seeing
