Setting Up Your Account

Getting started with InsightFlow is quick and easy:

  • Download and install the InsightFlow app from the App Store or Google Play
  • Create your InsightFlow account using your email address
  • Connect your TikTok account through our secure authentication process
  • Allow InsightFlow to sync your account data (this may take a few minutes)
  • Start exploring your analytics dashboard and insights

Connecting Your TikTok Account

To use InsightFlow's analytics features, you need to connect your TikTok account:

  • Navigate to the Settings section in InsightFlow
  • Tap "Connect TikTok Account" and follow the authentication prompts
  • Authorize InsightFlow to access your TikTok account data
  • Wait for the initial data synchronization to complete
  • Your dashboard will automatically update with your account metrics

Note: InsightFlow only accesses data necessary for analytics. We never post content, modify your account, or access your messages. You can disconnect your account at any time in Settings.

How does InsightFlow sync with my TikTok account?
InsightFlow uses TikTok's official API to securely connect to your account. Data synchronization happens automatically based on your settings, and you can manually trigger a sync anytime. The last sync time is displayed in your dashboard.
What data does InsightFlow collect from my TikTok account?
InsightFlow collects only the data necessary to provide analytics services: follower and following lists, post information (views, likes, comments, shares), account statistics, and profile information. We do not access your private messages, draft content, or account settings. All data is encrypted and stored securely.
How accurate is the analytics data?
Our analytics are based on data directly from TikTok's API, ensuring high accuracy. However, data availability depends on TikTok's API limitations and your account's privacy settings. Some metrics may have slight delays due to TikTok's data refresh cycles. We continuously work to improve data accuracy and update frequency.
Can I use InsightFlow with multiple TikTok accounts?
Yes! You can connect and manage multiple TikTok accounts within InsightFlow. Simply add additional accounts through the Settings menu. Each account will have its own analytics dashboard and data synchronization. You can switch between accounts easily from the main dashboard.
How often does InsightFlow sync my data?
By default, InsightFlow syncs your account data automatically. The frequency depends on your subscription plan - free users get daily syncs, while premium users can sync multiple times per day. You can also manually trigger a sync anytime from the dashboard. The sync status and last sync time are always visible.
What does "Who Not Follow Me Back" mean?
This feature identifies accounts that you follow but who don't follow you back. It helps you understand your network and make informed decisions about your following list. This is a common feature for account management and growth strategies.
Is my TikTok account data secure?
